Sophie runs her small dairy farm with a surface of 40 hectare without using any insecticides and pesticides, and she tries to be in contact with nature in an honest manner. Her 14 cows produce milk that is destined for the production of cream and unsalted and semi-salted butter.


At the market...
Every week, you can find the products of the Faingot farm back at the Saturday morning market in Lisieux. You can also purchase what you need at the farm. Please phone Sophie in advance so that she can prepare your purchases and have them ready for collection.
